I provide psychotherapy for adults and teens struggling with anxiety, trauma, and the impact of harmful or controlling relationship patterns. I work with people who have experienced trauma, as well as individuals who are concerned about their own harmful behaviours and want to take responsibility, build insight, and create safer ways of relating.

Many clients come to me feeling disconnected from themselves after long periods of being in survival mode, whether that survival showed up through enduring harm, causing harm, or both.

I help people make sense of their stories, heal from past hurt, and discover who they are. We’ll work together to notice what’s not working, find what helps, and build a life that feels steadier. My style is calm, honest, and a little down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are, with warmth and curiosity. 

Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario, making therapy accessible, flexible, and private.

I’m Genevieve, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who helps people stop waiting for a better moment and start making choices — even in the middle of the mess.

We don’t erase the past here. We look it in the eye. And then we build forward, based on your values, your voice, and the kind of life you actually want.

As a queer individual, I know the importance of spaces that don’t just tolerate who you are — but deeply honour it. My work is inclusive, anti-oppressive, and guided by lived experience and community care. I’ve supported survivors of intimate partner violence, people navigating addiction, folks making empowered choices in sex work, and those carrying invisible grief, anger, or exhaustion.

Therapy with me is honest, creative, sometimes a little sweary, and always real. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk with you while you learn how to live on purpose.
